Zenoti (formerly ManageMySpa) was the gold sponsor for the first CIDESCO national congress event jointly organized by Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology India (ABTC) on March 12th at Grand Hyatt Pune. The event had a very large gathering of over 400 CIDESCO certified therapists and owners of various spas and salons from India and abroad.
Objectives in a nutshell discussed at the conference were to encourage interaction and networking between trained beauty and spa professionals, raise professional ethics, standards of hygiene, uplifting the popular beauty industry on the whole through accreditation processes, and to work on the untouched topics in India like skilled and unskilled labor, soft skill training in salon industry at grass root level etc.Zenoti presented on how to run spas and salons effectively and how software can help improve profitability through some of the unique management strategies that are integrated into Zenoti.
