Seattle, WA - September 28: 5 years after formation, ManageMySpa is changing its name to reflect a broadened service offering for the wellness, fitness and beauty industry. ManageMySpa will now be Zenoti.
“Our solution has evolved significantly since we first started. Our new brand name allows us to move forward by acknowledging our solution for new markets, while still satisfying our original brand promise we continue to embody. Our customer base today is already far more diverse than our original branding represented and it was time to update our brand to embody the broader industry we cater”, explained CEO, Sudheer Koneru.
Zenoti today has approximately 5,000 clients spread across 40 countries. The cloud software serves as the operational backbone for spas, salons, skin clinics, laser hair removal clinics, wellness clinics, slimming clinics, fitness centers and yoga studios. Many of these clients are brands with more than 40 locations. A number of fitness studios have approached Zenoti for the current, enterprise class, multi-location capabilities, which drove product enhancements that address the unique needs of their business.
“Over the years, we’ve added complex capabilities to support collections based financing, electronic medical records, going completely paperless, and extensive package management, all of which are used by medical spas. Most recently, we added capabilities around group classes and flexible memberships which enable yoga studios, pilates studios and fitness centers to completely run their business on our platform”, added Anand Arvind, VP of Products.
Zenoti will now actively pursue fitness, yoga and Pilates studios as well as other service retail businesses in the wellness and fitness industry. As part of its rebrand, Zenoti has launched a new product logo. Impact to customers will be minimal with changes to logo and brand references. Service delivery and customer service will remain as top priorities for Zenoti.
