We’re excited to share the Zenoti November 2019 product update with you all which goes live today! There are some amazing features in this release designed to help grow your business, while providing your guests with a great experience amid all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season!
Seasonal Marketing Email Templates
First, we’ve released two new holiday-ready email templates that can help you easily and quickly market your business and update customers on seasonal offers and promotions. The templates are easy to customize with large images and blocks of text to capture the attention of your readers.
Bonus Gift Card Promotion
A great way to increase gift card sales is to offer your customers an amazing value. With this release you can now offer a bonus gift card promotion option to support a BOGO or “Buy 3 get 1 free” style gift card offer. You can configure the BOGO offer depending on the number of gift cards or the value of the gift card purchased by the guest.
New Gift Card Buying Options
In addition, with this latest release, your mobile app now supports in-app gift card purchases. When you use the new email templates to launch a gift card campaign, don’t forget to tell your customers that purchasing gift cards is now easier than ever. Read the Help article for more details.

Membership Introductory Pricing
For those who offer memberships, you can now offer new customers discounted introductory pricing through your website. Coupled with a seasonal promotion, this new feature can help you entice new customers by offering an excellent value and exclusive rates at one or multiple locations.
Wait Time Updates
Lastly, if you offer walk-in services you can now update customers on changes to their wait time, or their position in line, with an automated text or email. Time is of the essence, so turn wait time into productive time for walk-in clients by letting them know exactly how much time they have before their service. Giving them the freedom to run a quick errand, check messages, or just relax before they meet with their specialist, is something your customers will appreciate during this busy time of year.
